While LaDonna and I (also Madelyn, of course) were in North Carolina. we included a trip to downtown Charlotte. This city is a banking center so much so that if you don't work at a bank you don't have a need to go downtown. Bank of America and Wachovia both have their headquarters there within a couple of block of each other. Until just recently Charlotte people didn't go outside so the huge bank buildings are self contained with mini malls, food courts, gyms, pools and on and on. We took a few shots of Madelyn in front of a waterfall which was at the side of a bank.
